Wig Conditions: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, because hair is a natural product and many units are hand-customized, slight variations may occur.
Customized Items: Items that have been cut, bleached, or styled to your specific request are considered final sale.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing: Standard orders take 24–48 hours; customized units take up to 72 hours.
Lagos: 1–3 working days.
Inter-state (Nigeria): 4–7 working days.
International: 5–10 working days.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
24-Hour Notice: You must notify us of any issues or intent to return within 24 hours of delivery.
Condition: The lace must be uncut, and the hair must be in its original, unworn state.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. POST-PURCHASE COMMUNICATIONS AND REVIEWS
By placing an order with us, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding your purchase, which may include shipping confirmations and requests to review your product or shopping experience.

Z3 Hairs Limited shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to skin sensitivities or reactions to lace adhesives or hair treatments.
