We usually won’t take customized orders back, but the rep reached out to me about the claims she made, I personally called to understand the situation, because I mean it’s wig MYLA, the girls love it, there must be an issue if she’s complaining…she told me on the call the hair is not what we advertised! I could have easily ignored this and not posted because at the end of the day, hundreds of girls send reviews of this particular hair montly and one negative review shouldn’t matter, but I am addressing this because this particular customer said we falsely advertise and made claims the hair tangles and fingers cant go through(obviously not true)…not liking the hair is one thing, making false claims is another…. She said it’s not good quality….you can speak on the quality if you’ve tried hundreds of synthetic and blend wigs like I have…but if you haven’t you had no right disputing the fact that this is the best straight blend hair you’d ever get. If you want raw hair, then go get that!
