At z3 Hairs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 24-hour return window to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  3.  Wigs must be in their original condition—lace uncut, no alterations, and no signs of wear (including perfumes, hair products, or styling).
  4. Clearance and final sale items are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – DM on Instagram within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details – Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
  3. Ship the Item – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. The item must be shipped back at your expense within 2 working days

NOTE

Customized wigs cannot be returned or exchanged as it has been customized and styled as per your request.

Refunds & Processing

  1. Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on your preference.
  2. Please allow 2 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
