At z3 Hairs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 24-hour return window to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Wigs must be in their original condition—lace uncut, no alterations, and no signs of wear (including perfumes, hair products, or styling).
- Clearance and final sale items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – DM on Instagram within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide Details – Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) to expedite the process.
- Ship the Item – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. The item must be shipped back at your expense within 2 working days
NOTE
Customized wigs cannot be returned or exchanged as it has been customized and styled as per your request.
Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on your preference.
- Please allow 2 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
