When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Simply browse the website, add your preferred products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can pay online using a secure payment method (Paystack).
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
The refund will be sent to your bank account or store wallet, depending on your preference.

Customized wigs cannot be returned or exchanged as it has been customized and styled as per your request.
yes, all our wigs are heat resistant. You can straight on heat between 160°-180°, you can curl on heat between 140°-160°

Wig Ella 2.0 is beginner friendly and easy to work with. It’s a silky straight wig.
Wig Ria is made to look like a bone straight wig, however both wigs are great quality.
Yes it can. However its best to get a straight wig if you want it straight because our straight wigs are made to be like bone straight wig. If you curl them, they won’t hold the curl for long. But it can definitely withstand heat
Our wigs can last between 1-3 years depending on how well you use and maintain them.
