Lagos

Delivery takes 1 – 3 working days after Processing. 

INTER-STATE (outside Lagos)

Delivery takes 3-5 working days after ProcessingThis includes all the states in Nigeria.  

INTERNATIONAL

Door-step delivery takes 4-10 working days.  

Please note that regular orders take 24-48 hours to process, while customized orders take 72 hours to process.

Pre-order and back-ordering items

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. If you have any questions, please contact us.

International shipping

We ship internationally through ARAMEX and DHL. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided do not include import duties, taxes and applicable fees. 

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Nigeria.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on z3hairs.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact z3 Customer Service to track your order.
